AT&T License Agreement and Draft Letter of Intent

     I have posted the AT&T license agreement and the letter of intent to 
     purchase on the Electronic Exchange Listserve archive 
     (http://lists.glhec.org/cl-elec-exch) for review.  They are in 
     Microsoft Word format.  To view these, first transfer them to your 
     drive by clicking on the attachment name.  When prompted to do so, 
     provide a meaningful file name. Then view them with your (Microsoft 
     Word compatible) word processer.
