     The ftp site where the addendum was initially stored has moved.  
     
     The addendum can be downloaded from the nchelp site

	In the last CEE sub-committee teleconference members were tasked
to print and review the current Addendum to the licensing agreement in 
preparation for Thursday's session.  The only reference I could find on 
the List Server was a 25 March submission by Paul Logston of USA Group. 
When I attempt to access the URL listed in his message, I cannot access 
their FTP site  through an anonymous login.  Can you provide me with a 
location that has the latest Addendum?  Thanks.
