     1)        *EVALUATION REPORT ON AT&T (Evaluation Team)* 
     Toolkit
     -Language support: USA Group has tested and verified VB support.
     
     -RSApk and DSApk save functions: A concern was raised in the 6/25 
     meeting that these functions, critical to key management, were not 
     working.
     After further testing and after consulting with the vendor the 
     evaluation team established that these functions do in fact work.  The 
     confusion seems to have stemmed from the case sensitivity of the 
     parameter list.
     
     There are no outstanding issues with the product suite
     
     2)         *SELECTION OF AT&T* 
     The group selected AT&T unanimously from among the contenders which 
     also included RSA DSI and NAI.  Voting were KHEAA, TGSLC, USA Group, 
     NYHESC, Guarantec, Great Lakes, and PHEAA.
     
     3)        *DISCUSSION ON NEXT STEPS WITH AT&T*
     Scott and Tim will contact Ed Grace to inform him of our choice and 
     begin discussion on the logistics of purchasing.
