Question to RSA

After our call yesterday, I asked Brian Spector at RSA the following.  His
reply follows the question.

Question asked Brian Spector at RSA:
At our call today the question was asked if the minimum 1,000 copy
purchase will be invoiced separately to the organizations that receive a
portion of the 1,000, or will RSA expect one invoice?

Response from Brian Spector:
RSA will not invoice each organization.  What we expect is that each
organization pay RSA upon execution of the agreement, but we will not
invoice one organization or any organizations, we expect payment upon
execution of the agreement from each organization for the amount of
units
that they license, as is our standard terms.  As I mentioned, we are not
expecting a minimum 1000 unit order at this point.
