FW:AT&T CDK interface

Attached is the interface file to the Cryptographic Development Kit (CDK) by 
Information Security Corporation (partner to or subsidiary of AT&T)  mentioned 
in Thursday's meeting.  This according to Ed Grace sufficiently illuminate the 
functionality of the CDK.  As mentioned, we will continue to push for the full 
toolkit.

Attached please find the header file for the CDK.  The CDK was developed in 
C++.
